Return Eligibility:
Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. Sale items and custom-made products are not eligible for returns.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
